Why engraving cannot take a photograph: the laser burns two tones into the surface rather than laying down ink, so a face comes out as a woodcut rather than a portrait. Engraved bamboo and engraved metal are for type, line art and a name. If you want somebody’s photograph on the card, that is the white one.
Still deciding? White, bamboo or metal goes through it properly.

Bigger than a card
The counter panel.
Twice the height of a card and made to stand on a counter, so a customer can tap it on the way out and leave you a review. Ready-made artwork from $20 ($16 at 25), or $35 for one laid out to your own brand.
Everything above holds the same thing.
One card, one page, and a video you can swap for another in ten years. The only decision left is what you want to hold.
